8:00 am Depart Vernon
10:30 am Boston Harbor Cruise - USS Constitution Turn Around Cruise aboard the Spirit of Boston.
On this three hour tour you will follow "Old Ironsides" as she sets sail from her dock at the Charlestown Navy Yard in Boston Harbor for her once a year cruise.  This is a chance to see this majestic ship actually in the waters of the Harbor and out of her dock.  LOBSTER BUFFET Luncheon is served during the cruise.
3:00 pm Check in at the La Quinta Inn and Suites in Andover MA.
Located just 25 minutes north of Historic Boston, this place embodies the charming hospitality of the picturesque   northeast with stylish comfort, great service, and generous amenities which include items such as; iron and ironing   board, coffee makers, hairdryers, microwaves and refrigerators, and complimentary high speed internet access.   
Also available, an
indoor heated pool; state-of-the-art fitness center; and a 4-person spa.
5:30 pm Seafood dinner at the famous No Name Restaurant.
A special menu has been prepared and you will order upon arrival. Located on the historic waterfront the No Name   Restaurant is a "must see" in Boston.
7:00 pm Stake your claim on the ground at the Boston Esplanade.
This is where the famous Boston Pops directed by Keith Lockhart will be performing at the Hatch Shell. Note: There   are NO seats. Please feel free to bring blankets or light weight lawn chairs to sit on. There is some walking  involved.
8:30 pm Boston Pops Concert and Fireworks Spectacular.
Note: you will not be able to see the Orchestra but you will be able to hear it. If you sit on the lawn where you can   see the BSO you will not be able to see any fireworks.
12:00 am Approximate arrival back to the hotel.

7:30 am Expanded Continental Breakfast at your leisure at the hotel.
Items range from hot and cold cereals, cold juices, Otis Spunkmeyer pastries, and fresh fruits. In addition they  offer hot fresh waffles, hard-boiled eggs, bagels muffins, and fresh brewed coffee.
9:30 am Depart Hotel
10:30 am Tour of Boston.
A step-on-guide will tour the city including the Back Bay where you find so many beautiful brownstones, Beacon Hill   and the gold domed state house, Boston Common, America's first public park, the Public Garden and of course the   Old Statehouse. The tour  also includes the Old North Church and many other famous sites!
12:30 pm Lunch on your own at Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market.
You will feel the cobblestones beneath your feet, see roaming performers and taste the wonderfully diverse ethnic   foods available to you. There will also be time to shop for treasures to take home.  
2:30 pm The day continues with a tour of Harvard Yard, cross the Charles River to the city of Cambridge and Harvard University.
7:00 pm Italian dinner family style at Vinny T's!
9:00 pm Return to the hotel.

7:30 am Expanded Continental Breakfast at your leisure at the hotel.
9:30 am Check out and depart the hotel.
10:30 am JFK Library and Museum.
The museum at the Kennedy Library captures the powerful story of the Kennedy years, giving you an uplifting,    "first-hand" experience of presidents Kennedy's life, leadership and legacy.
1:00 pm Lunch on your own at the Prudential Center.
There are choices of restaurants including Legal Seafood, Au Bon Pain a food court and more. You will have time to   shop and browse in many of the stores located here or take an elevator ride up to "Skywalk" observatory for a    spectacular 360 degree view of the city.
3:00 pm Travel Home
5:00 pm ETA in the Hartford area
