Lost Property
Lost property inquiries and collections can be made during office hours. Items handed in are tagged and recorded and kept for a period of 3 months.
Outside of office hours you may email your lost property inquiry. Please provide as many details describing the property and where and when it was misplaced.
While every effort is made to have lost property returned to its
rightful owner, Post Road Stages/Collins Bus Service does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the return of lost property.

General Service Details
Elderly Assistance.
Passengers are asked to assist by making the front row seats of buses available for elderly or disabled persons.
Fares. Please tender the correct fare when boarding as this will help avoid unnecessary delays.
Children. Children under 5 years of age in the company of an adult are carried free. Guide Dogs. Visually impaired people may travel on all services with Guide Dogs. Complaints and/or Compliments. We welcome
